• Refunds will not be issued for services that have already been rendered or partially completed unless otherwise stated in a specific service agreement.


2. Eligibility for Refunds


Refunds may be provided under the following circumstances:

Service Not Delivered: If the service was not initiated or delivered as per the agreed timeline, you are eligible for a full refund.

Errors in Billing: If there was an error in billing or duplicate payments, we will process a refund after verification.

Mutual Agreement: If both parties agree to terminate the service before its commencement, a refund will be issued as per the agreed terms.


3. Non-Refundable Services


The following services are not eligible for refunds:

• Services that have already been completed or partially delivered.

• Customized or one-time consultation services where the session has already been conducted.

• Digital deliverables or content creation projects that are in progress or completed.


4. Process for Refund Requests

• Your name and contact information.

• Transaction ID or invoice number.

• A brief explanation of the reason for your refund request.

• Once we receive your request, we will review it and notify you of the refund status within 5 business days.


5. Refund Approval and Timeline

Evaluation Timeline: Refund requests will be reviewed and evaluated within 5 business days of submission.

Processing Timeline: Once approved, refunds will be initiated within 7-10 business days and credited via the original payment method.

Bank Processing: The exact timeline may vary based on your bank or payment provider’s policies.


6. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled start of a service.

• Refunds for cancellations are subject to review and approval as per the terms outlined in your service agreement.
